The following forklift and battery signs are not mentioned within AS/NZS1319, however we have included these as they are a very useful tool within your workplace to identify and visualise company regulations and guidelines that can convey specific instructions and requests.

AS /NZ 1319-1994 states requirements for design and application of safety signs intended for the workplace, providing criteria for:

  • Regulation and control of safety related behaviour
  • Hazard warning
  • Emergency information, including fire protection details
